Two men have been taken to hospital after a stabbing in Manchester city centre. Police were called to Shudehill early on Sunday morning to reports a man had been "stabbed in the arm".
The road has been shut off throughout the morning, with police warning those in the city centre to "avoid the area". A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said: "At around 6.15am on Sunday 8 March 2020, police were called to Shudehill in Manchester city centre, to reports that a man had been stabbed in the arm. "Officers attended and two men were taken to hospital with minor stab wounds.
