Two people accused of causing "suffering or injury" to a young girl have had a warrant issued for their arrest. The pair failed to turn up at court.
Connor Bailey, 23, and Shannon Bostock, 24, both of Deepdale Road, Bolton, were summoned to Bolton Magistrates Court this afternoon, April 19, to face the charges.
However, neither of them appeared for their hearing, and a warrant was issued for their arrest. Mr Bailey and Miss Bostock have both been accused of causing "unnecessary suffering or injury to health" of a young girl, who can't be named for legal reasons, between January 2 and January 7 of 2020.
The pair were summoned to court to face the charges together as co-defendants.
