According to judges, the two sister venues took home the prize for their "changemaking drinks programme, which includes left-field wines and innovative soft drinks pairings".Timberyard is a family-run restaurant situated on Lady Lawson Street in the heart of Edinburgh.
Set within a trendy industrial venue, it offers a unique menu of locally sourced produce and a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.Among the cocktails available at Timberyard are Whisky Highballs, Dirty Martini, and Gimlet.
