A driver was taken to hospital with serious injuries following a crash between two cars in Prestwich. The driver of one car, a man in his 40s, was taken to hospital with 'serious but not life-threatening injuries' after the collision on Bury Old Road at around 8.20pm on Friday (May 8).
He remains in hospital in a stable condition. The occupants of the other car ran away, police said. No arrests have been made.
