Twiggy's singing career may never have hit the heights of her modelling days – but that isn't deterring her from launching another assault on the charts, aged 73.
The star's recording career peaked with a self-titled album that reached No 33 in 1976. Other releases over the decades, including one produced by disco queen Donna Summer, sank without trace.
But Twiggy is trying again with a new album and has been busy preparing her vocal cords by drinking an infusion of sage leaves.
Chatting on her podcast, Tea With Twiggy, she says: 'It's really good for your throat,' but admits that she draws the line at drinking the leftover sludge at the bottom of the cup.
