A reality TV star claims she slept over 700 men while struggling with a sex addiction that "ruled her life" - but says she is "not ashamed" of her past.

Belinda "Love" Rygier, who appeared as a contestant on The Bachelor Australia 2017, revealed she has now been celibate for 15 months and is currently eight years into her recovery.

At the height of her addiction, when dating apps were not yet available, Belinda admitted that she would go out up to six nights a week in the hopes of finding someone to hook up with.

During a candid interview on radio show You're a Grub Mate!, the 37-year-old said that she "didn't realise [she] had a problem until [she] healed it".
