TV On The Radio have shared a reissue of their album ‘Desperate Youth, Blood Thirsty Babes’ in celebration of a huge milestone.Arriving today (November 15), the reissue comes in celebration of the 20th anniversary of their critically acclaimed debut album – which was first released back on March 9 2004.The album contained the hit single ‘Staring At The Sun’, as well as other fan-favourite tracks like ‘Poppy’ and ‘Dreams’.
It was highly praised by both fans and critics upon its release, and went on to be included in the book 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die.Now, to mark the huge milestone, an anniversary edition of the record has been shared.
It features five bonus tracks, including an unreleased song called ‘Dry Drunk Emperor’, which was recorded back in 2005 and originally released as a free MP3 on the Touch and Go Records website.
