‘True Detective: Night Country’ Debuts To Strong 2M Viewers On HBO & Max

Discovery. This is a pretty strong showing for True Detective, which returned for its fourth installment five years after the Season 3 debut.
It’s not entirely accurate to compare Night Country‘s performance to Season 3, considering it was released before the launch of Max.
To help put the numbers into perspective, The White Lotus Season 2 debuted with 1.5M cross-platform viewers, while Euphoria managed 2.4M for its Season 2 debut.
