Tributes to 'beautiful' teen killed in city centre internet café attack

Tributes have been paid to a 'beautiful' teenager who was killed in an attack at an internet café in Liverpool city centre. The 18-year-old has been named by devastated family members as Michael Toohey, the Liverpool Echo reports.

He was tragically pronounced dead at the Royal Liverpool Hospital on Saturday (April 16) after being found with fatal injuries.

A murder investigation was launched after the teen's death. A 34-year-old woman from Fazakerley was arrested on Monday on suspicion of assisting an offender and taken into custody for questioning.
