Tributes have poured in from across the globe for Sinead O'Connor's son Shane, who was found dead two days after he was reported missing.Dublin Live reports that eulogies have been posted on social media by the likes of Pogues frontman Shane MacGowan, Irish rockabilly star Imelda May and actor Alec Baldwin.
Shane, 17, was last seen in the Tallaght area in West Dublin on Friday and an appeal had been made by his mum and Irish police.But in a tweet yesterday, Sinead wrote "My beautiful son, Nevi'im Nesta Ali Shane O'Connor, decided to end his earthly struggle today and is now with God."May he rest in peace and may no one follow his example."My baby.
I love you so much. Please be at peace."Shane was the third child of Sinead and the son of traditional Irish musician Donal Lunny.
Since the news was revealed social media has since been flooded with messages of support for the Nothing Compares 2 U singer and her family.
