A Scots mum who is believed to have tragically died after she went missing last week has been described as the "brightest ray of sunshine".
Heartfelt tributes have poured in for Leeanne Rutherford after police confirmed that a women's body had been found in a car near Aberfoyle on Monday afternoon, February 20.
Police confirmed formal identification is yet to take but the 47-year-old's family have been informed of the discovery. Leeanne went missing from Glenrothes on Thursday morning, February 16.
Those who knew her have been left devastated by her disappearance. A member of her family said they were all now heartbroken after the news today.They said: "I cannot thank you all enough for the love and support we have received as a family over the last 5 days.
