Trevor Noah announces third Netflix special amid upcoming departure from The Daily Show

Trevor Noah has announced his next Netflix special, a stand-up show entitled I Wish You Would.The comic, 38, shared a sneak peek of his third special with the streamer to his Instagram Stories on Thursday.The hour-long program will drop on Netflix on November 22 and comes amid his upcoming departure from The Daily Show.

Back for more: Trevor Noah has announced his next Netflix special, a stand-up show entitled I Wish You Would; pictured April 2022 In a description of the show on Netflix, Trevor will be cracking jokes about 'learning German, speaking ill of the dead, judging people in horror movies and ordering Indian food in Scotland.'Trevor filmed the special at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Canada, per Deadline.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Trevor shot the show just one day after announcing his departure from The Daily Show, but sources in attendance said he did not address his exit.This special follows two others Trevor shot for Netflix, 2018's Son of Patricia and the 2017 show Afraid of the Dark.
