The 33-year-old rapper was arrested at 4:35 a.m. after engaging in some sort of dispute with boat crew on a chartered yacht.
Scott was arrested under his real name, Jacques Bermon Webster. Scott was released on bond after paying $500 on the disorderly intoxication charge and $150 on the trespassing charge.
According to an arrest reprot, the Miami Beach Police Department responded to reports of people fighting on a yacht. Police responded to the disturbance and saw Scott yelling at people on the vessel.
