Her mum, Pippa Williams, said her daughter had taken an overdose for the first time when she was 11 and had experienced a death in the family which had affected her.
She said Jade had only recently opened up about issues that had troubled her including that she had been sexually abused. In a statement, Ms Williams said Jade had worked in the radiography department at Leeds General Infirmary and had wanted to go into nursing but had started to struggle with her mental health.
