A heartbroken mum has issued a warning about 'lethal' dangers of drugs after her daughter was tragically found dead the day after her birthday.
Jade Brennan had just turned 29 when she suddenly died inside a Birmingham HMO. She had become unresponsive while staying with a friend in Long Street, Sparkbrook, Birmingham, an inquest heard on Thursday (Oct 12).
Paramedics tried to resuscitate her at the scene but she was sadly confirmed dead on the afternoon of July 22,BirminghamLive reports. Only two years before, she had been hospitalised from an overdose and had to be 'nursed back to health', leaving her family 'broken' when she then later relapsed. After the inquest at Birmingham coroner's court, Mel added: "This came as a huge shock to all of us and her death has had a massive impact on us as a family.
Jade was my 2nd born of my ten children. "She was very much loved and unfortunately, after her cardiac arrest in July 2021 and nursing her back to health for a year, she went back to that horrible drug and it broke us all. "Cocaine and alcohol is lethal and I instil it in all my children daily.
