They arrested a motorist who was driving with a flat tyre who then failed a roadside breathalyser test with a reading of 111.
He was arrested for drink driving. GMP tweeted: "No prizes as to why #XT51 stopped this one on Nelson Street Bolton. The driver seemed unaware of his lack of tyre.
Might be due to the reading of 111 he gave at the roadside! "Arrested for drink driving" In another incident officers caught up with a female motorist who jumped a red light and drove down a no entry road.
