The former TOWIE star, 34, took to her Instagram account on Tuesday to reveal exactly how social media stars edit their snaps.
She shared a video of herself kneeling on a bed as she gave her followers a step by step guide to how a body is slimmed down, smoothed out and enhanced on celebrity favourite app FaceTune in order to meet restrictive beauty standards.
In the first step she reused a reshape tool to slim her hips down and create a smaller waist. Maria also made her underwear look smaller because she was wearing "granny pants" in the video.
