One of Manchester’s newest restaurants has unveiled a new Sunday roast menu which aims to elevate the weekend dining experience.

Earlier this year, chef Niall Keating opened his Tender restaurant within the historic Stock Exchange Hotel building. Described as a ‘gamechanger’ for the city, the family-style brasserie offers a range of small plates and larger meals, alongside a special £115 tasting menu.

Not content with just that, Niall now wants to reinvent the Sunday roast wheel - with an impressive menu featuring show-stopping meats, sides and desserts, including a chorizo risotto and a sticky toffee date pudding.
