Tony Hawk defends new ‘Pro Skater 3+4’ soundtrack: “Discovery is half the fun”

Pro Skater 3+4, which features a mix of OG anthems and music from newer artists.Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 is due out later this year and reworks 2001’s Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 and the 2002 follow-up.

The game will include a number of familiar levels and OG skateboarders but developers have also promised new additions to the iconic series.Earlier this month, the first wave of artists for the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 soundtrack were announced.

CKY’s Jackass anthem ‘96 Quite Bitter Beings’, Motorhead’s ;Ace Of Spades’ and ‘Amoeba’ from Adolescents are all set to return from Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 while Gang Starr’s Mass Appeal has been brought back from Pro Skater 4, alongside new additions from artists such as Turnstile, Run The Jewels and Kendrick Lamar.Yesterday (March 27) another batch of artists was announced including Iron Maiden and De La Soul, who were both featured on the soundtrack for Pro Skater 4.
