Tony Docherty insists Dundee HAVE ploughed cash into Dens Park pitch as he tells critics they should 'know better'

Tony Docherty has hit back at the critics who have accused Dundee of splashing the cash on players instead of their much-maligned pitch.The Dark Blues have had five home games called off this season because Dens has been waterlogged with the club set to face a SPFL disciplinary hearing.

People who have said that should know better. It does a real disservice to the squad and the staff for the work that has gone in here. “The reality is, we are punching four or five places above our weight in this league and that has been down to hard work.
