In a video uploaded to YouTube on Sunday, 15 September, the 25 year old gave fans a glimpse inside his life as he gets his body ready for training camp.
As part of the day in the life video, Tommy opened up about the realities of heading to training camp and shone a light on the mental and physical effects. “So when I’m in training camp, obviously, it’s the hardest thing that I do in my life and that I ever have done mentally and physically,” he said.
He continued: “You know, the training’s so rigorous you have to literally take naps during the day to get ready for the next session and recover.” Elsewhere in the video, the TV personality gave fans a peek inside his everyday life - and is super-strict regime. “All I do is eat, sleep, train, repeat.
