He’s been waking up the nation every morning with his new Ireland AM gig but Tommy Bowe never imagined a day when he would comfortably roll out of bed before the craic of dawn.
The rugby legend says fatherhood has been the perfect training for his breakfast TV gig, having become accustomed to being up at all hours now that he’s a dad-of-two.
