Tom Sizemore's family is sharing an update on his health just days after the actor suffered a brain aneurysm. In a statement shared with ET, Sizemore's manager, Charles Lago, said the actor's family is deciding on «end of life matters» after doctors informed them that «there is no further hope» for the 61-year-old film star. «In the early hours of Saturday, February 18, Tom Sizemore collapsed at his Los Angeles home and was transported to a hospital by Paramedics.
