Tom Parker receiving 'revolutionary treatment in Spain' amid cancer battle

Tom Parker has reportedly spent the last week in Spain, receiving "revolutionary treatment" amid his ongoing cancer battle The 33 year old, who recently enjoyed a sunny holiday abroad with his family, was diagnosed with grade four glioblastoma in October 2020, and has since gone through 30 rounds of chemotherapy and another 30 of radiotherapy.The treatment has thankfully been working, with the star revealing his tumour is now "stable" back in November.

Now, according to The Sun, The Wanted star has been staying in a private hospital, receiving treatment ahead of his upcoming reunion tour with his band, which starts on Thursday 2 March.

However, in the facility Tom is said to be staying at in Spain, he has an oxygen machine, massages and a special diet. "Tom has been vocal that he doesn’t think the options available in Britain are perfect so he’s trying elsewhere," a source told the publication. “The tour means so much to him, he cannot wait." They continued: "The cancer treatment he goes through takes it out of him so it’s been good to go abroad and relax.” It's speculated that Tom is receiving treatment in a centre at Costa del Sol, which reportedly charged £8,000 for two weeks or £11,600 for a programme of three weeks.
