The 30-year-old, whose mum is singer Rita Wilson, has claimed that his ex Kiana turned violent against him during an altercation at his home in Sugarland, Texas on January 8.
Kiana has denied that she attacked Chet and alleges that he has been violent towards her. She claims that Chet was the one antagonising her and that he grabbed a knife and chased her onto the street.
A video obtained by TMZ, sees Che with blood pouring from his head and running down his face as he makes accusations against Kiana.
