McFly star Tom, 35, shared the touching note as he posted a throwback photo of Giovanna, also 35, sat on a patch of grass with her three sons Buzz, six, Buddy, four, and Max, two.The singer, who’s song All About You is dedicated to Giovanna, then told his wife to “keep going” in the caption.
In the share, which was posted on Giovanna’s Instagram, he wrote: “Keep going, Mumma! It was tough seeing her get emotional about the kids tonight but these mummy’s boys couldn’t be more proud of her and love catching up with the camp over breakfast each morning.
