Todrick Hall has been ordered to pay $100K in unpaid rent after being sued by the by the landlords of a Sherman Oaks, California home he rented.The 36-year-old YouTuber had reportedly been in a rental agreement with landlords Avi and Orna Lavian to play $30,000 monthly for the five-bedroom, eight-bathroom residence, according to TMZ.
Hall had even made it seem as though he owned the property when giving a tour to fans on YouTube channel calling it his 'dream home.' The latest: Todrick Hall ordered to pay $100K in unpaid rent after being sued by owners of plush home in Sherman Oaks he once claimed he purchased.
He was snapped in LA in June of 2021 However, he has now been ordered to pay $100,000 in damages plus another $2K in attorney fees and costs, per the report.
News of the disagreement was first reported in March this year when he was used for an initial sum of $60K, according to Us Weekly.
