Todd Chrisley got canned from his prison job! As the reality star approaches the two-year mark of his 12-year prison sentence, we’re hearing he’s been a productive inmate at the Federal Prison Camp Pensacola… But perhaps a bit too chatty?

According to his attorney Jay Surgent, the 55-year-old had a job at the prison chapel as an Assistant to the Chaplain in a small office next to the prison’s Residential Drug Abuse Program.

But he recently got fired for “associating with inmates” who are members of said program! Why? Well, according to TMZ, Surgent feels prison officials didn’t want the Chrisley Knows Best alum communicating with the inmates because they only spend part of their sentence inside the pen and part of it out… So he feels they didn’t want Todd speaking about his incarceration with inmates who have access to the outside world — though it’s not clear what they talked about.
