Timothee Chalamet is hard at work promoting his Bob Dylan biopic. The 28-year-old Oscar-nominated actor stepped out for a special screening of his new movie A Complete Unknown hosted by BAFTA on Thursday (December 12) held at the SAG-AFTRA Foundation Robin Williams Center in New York City.

Fellow cast members Elle Fanning, Monica Barbaro, and Edward Norton were also in attendance along with director and writer James Mangold.

Set in the influential New York music scene of the early 60s, A Complete Unknown follows 19-year-old Minnesota musician Bob Dylan’s (Chalamet) meteoric rise as a folk singer to concert halls and the top of the charts – his songs and mystique becoming a worldwide sensation – culminating in his groundbreaking electric rock and roll performance at the Newport Folk Festival in 1965.

Earlier this week, Timothee was joined by someone very special at the afterparty for the L.A. premiere of the movie!
