Timo Werner feels adapting to the Premier League has already helped him improve as a player during his short time at Chelsea.

The German striker has made a decent start to life at Stamford Bridge, scoring eight times in 12 appearances since his £53million summer switch.

It took Werner a little time to get going though, drawing a blank in his first four Premier League games. But after finally getting up to speed, the 24-year-old believes he has already made two key improvements to his game thanks to the new style of play he's been faced with.
