Timo Werner has admitted he feels "guilty" about former boss Frank Lampard's sacking at Chelsea following his barren run of form in front of goal.
The £53million striker struggled to find his feet at Stamford Bridge initially, before a flurry of goals preceded a spell which Werner described as the "worst time of my career." He went 12 games without finding the net, doing so only against Morecambe in the FA Cup, prior to missing a penalty in the next round against Luton.
