Tim Allen jokes about offering Tom Hanks Buzz Lightyear’s spacesuit as he reaches out to Toy Story co-star after coronavirus diagnosis

Tim Allen jokes that he had offered Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson a couple of Buzz Lightyear spacesuits to help keep coronavirus at bay.

Tim, who played Woody alongside Tom’s Buzz in Toy Story, couldn’t help but make a reference to the Disney film, while sending his support to Tom and his wife Rita, following their coronavirus diagnosis.

Tweeting a picture of Buzz, Tim said: ‘I told Tom and Rita that Buzz offered a couple of spacesuits if they need them. Seriously rest up and get well!’ Tom, 63, confirmed that both he and Rita, also 63, were diagnosed with the flu-like virus while out in Australia.
