A 17-year-old TikTok star has been shot dead inside a car after posting a final video dancing by the road side.Tributes have poured in for Nahsiyah Turner, best known as Siyah, who had more than 310,000 followers on TikTok and regularly posted videos of her life, reports the Mirror.

On January 18, she was found unconscious by police inside a vehicle at the Los Cerritos Center on, a shopping mall in southern California, and was rushed to hospital where she was pronounced dead, said officials.An investigation is now underway into what happened and police have said that she died after being shot but no further details have been released.“Deputies from the Cerritos station responded to the parking lot of the Cerritos mall in regards to a gunshot victim call,” Lt Steve DeJong, of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Homicide Bureau, told Los Alamitos High School’s student newspaper, the Griffin Gazette.“When they got there, they observed a female juvenile, 17 years old, with a gunshot wound.” DeJong added, “As far as the context and investigation, I can’t elaborate.
