Carole Baskin
Carole Baskin (born June 6, 1961) is an American animal rights activist and owner of Big Cat Rescue, a non-profit animal sanctuary based near Tampa, Florida. Baskin drew public attention when she was featured in the 2020 Netflix documentary series Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness about Oklahoma-based private zoo operator known as Joe Exotic. The Netflix series follows both Baskin and Joe Exotic, filming their ongoing and escalating feuds over exotic animals in private zoos. Following the series' release, Baskin has been targeted by Internet memes related to the disappearance of Don Lewis, her second husband.

Tiger King star Joe Exotic launches leopard print shoe line from prison

Joe Exotic is known for his unique sense of fashion, and now he's brought out his own shoe line from prison. The Tiger King star, 58, is currently serving a 22-year sentence in jail for several counts of animal abuse and hiring a hitman to kill his rival Carole Baskin.

He shot to fame when the Netflix series was released last year, and he is celebrating the one-year anniversary of the Tiger King documentary by launching his shoes on Saturday.

The shoes are part of Joe's "Revenge" collection with streetwear brand Odaingerous, and they're true to Joe's eye-catching fashion sense.
