EXCLUSIVE: Mario Tabraue, one of the controversial characters in Netflix’s Tiger King and a drug trafficker widely hailed as the inspiration for Al Pacino’s Tony Montana in Scarface, is to be the subject of a limited drama series.The Traveling Picture Show Company (TPSC), the company behind Bryan Bertino’s horror feature The Dark & The Wicked, has acquired Tabraue’s life rights and has teamed with Anonymous Content to develop the project.Adam Penn, who has written on American Horror Story and Mr.
