Tiffany Haddish‘s lawyer has issued a response to a lawsuit that was filed against her this week. The 42-year-old actress was accused of molestation in a lawsuit that was filed in Los Angeles on Tuesday (August 30). Tiffany and fellow comedian Aries Spears are being sued by a woman identified as Jane Doe on behalf of a minor identified as John Doe, according to People.
Jane Doe alleges that when she was 14, Tiffany took her to the taping of a “sexually suggestive Subways commercial” and allegedly instructed her how to perform inappropriate sexual acts.
She also claims that Tiffany allegedly offered to help get her on television. More allegations were made in the lawsuit, but Tiffany and Aries‘ lawyers deny them and say they are part of a shakedown.
