Appearing to be under the influence of drugs and seeming ‘quite out of it’, he was asked to move his car as it was blocking the road, so he did but returned five minutes later, Manchester Crown Court heard, Queueing to get into the club, bouncers told Carroll, of Cheetham Hill, that he wasn’t going to be coming in, telling him: “You seem pretty charged up, it seems like you have been partying”.
Carroll then approached the door staff and made ‘strange’ remarks such as: “I live in a house without heating” and “my daughter will never dance.
