A court heard she woke to find 'blood everywhere'. Lambert, from Rochdale, then filmed the woman and mocked her, accusing her of winding him up, Minshull Street Crown Court heard.
A month later, Lambert attacked the woman again following an argument. He repeatedly hit and kicked her. She was left badly bruised.
Lambert pleaded guilty to two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and jailed for 32 months. Prosecuting, Simon Barratt said the couple entered into a relationship in October last year.
