A thug who faced off with police at an anti-immigration demo has been unmasked as a killer. It's been reported Shane Manville was jailed over the death of a young dad-of-two in 2001.
He was pictured facing off with police during a heated scene at a riot in Brighton earlier week. The protest allegedly targeted the office of solicitors who specialise in immigration.
Manville and his fellows demonstrators were outnumbered by hundreds of anti-racists. It's been claimed the 48-year-old – who now uses the surname Haworth - inadvertently ended up in the small group, which was surrounded by police, reports the Mirror. He said he was pushed into there, was not racist and “ended up in the wrong place at the wrong time”.
It came after details of immigration lawyers, advice centres and charities had been distributed on a far-right Telegram group. They were circulated with the sinister warning: “They won't [sic] stop coming until you tell them… no more immigration”.
