Three people have been found dead at a home and police are treating the deaths as "unexplained". The bodies were found when paramedics were called to do a welfare check at an address in Failsworth in Greater Manchester at about 3.30pm on Monday.
Police were alerted and officers set up a cordon around the home as a major investigation into the deaths was launched, the Manchester Evening News reports.
Forensic officers were seen going in and out of the house as uniformed officers stood guard outside later on Monday evening.
Police, fire and ambulance crews were all scrambled to the scene, and the news that three people were found dead inside the home came as a shock to neighbours.
