Jasmine Nicholls, from Edgeley, Stockport, was about the same size as a fizzy drink can when she was born at 24 weeks - weighing just one pound and four ounces.

The 16-year-old was one of a set of twins born at St Mary's Hospital in November 2004, but her sister Gemma sadly didn't survive.
