This Morning's massive blunder as Phillip Schofield tells caller they'd won £250k

Television presenter Phillip Schofield mistakenly told one This Morning viewer she had won £250,000 live on-air. As Phil and co-host Holly Willoughby played another game of Spin to Win with viewers at home, one caller got a big surprise.

The game has never seen players a chance to win hundreds of thousands of pounds in one fell swoop, so when one viewer landed on the prize of holiday money and £250, Phil saying they had won "£250,000" was something of an error!

One viewer wrote on Twitter : "When @Schofe tells a poor fella ringing in for a competition on #ThisMorning that he’s won a #UK #Staycation and £250,000 only to then tell him he’d made a mistake and it was actually £250! [laughing emojis]".
