His Instagram post included a string of glamorous snaps of himself alongside co-host Cat Deeley and his fellow ITV co-stars Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary following their appearance at the National Television Awards 2024.
But Ben also included some more personal moments, including celebrating his best mate's 50th birthday and, probably most important of all, watching his eldest child head off to university. Alongside the post, Ben wrote: "A life in the week! We hit @officialntas midweek with @catdeeley and our @thismorning gang. One of my best mates 50th we went to school from 11 yrs old, and we still act like it! "We dropped Sam at Uni - v v emotional (He’s having a ball and has barely slept!) Met @itsbigjohn1 what a legend!!
