Rylan Clark has delighted fans as he made an epic return to This Morning as part of a new hosting duo. The ITV daytime show is going through a number of different presenting pairings following the exits of both Phillip Schofield, back in May, and Holly Willoughby.

This Morning was thrown into chaos when Holly quit the show after 14 years earlier this month. The 42-year-old's decision was shared in a social media statement she said it was an "honour to just be part of its story" but that she feels "I have to make this decision for me and my family." Following Holly's exit, Rochelle Humes and Craig Doyle took over before Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary then hosted their Friday show as usual but returned to the helm for a two-week stint.

They have now, however, been replaced. As the show titles finished, Rylan introduced the show and said: "Good morning and welcome to Monday's This Morning." Josie added: "And a big big big welcome back to you Rylan, welcome home!" to which he teased: "It is so nice to see everyone. "I mean I didn't really go anywhere I was just hiding the cupboard, just downstairs!
