Cat Deeley is now a permanent presenter on This Morning alongside host Ben Shephard. The pair are replacing Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, who dramatically quit the programme last year following a string of turbulent headlines.

Cat and Ben will serve as the faces of This Morning, Monday to Thursday, while Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary will present the show each Friday.

Cat is a familiar face both here and across the pond in America. The 47-year-old soared to fame on terrestrial TV as host of Saturday morning children's show, SM:TV Live, from 1998 to 2002.

The West Bromwich-born star became part of a much-loved presenting trio alongside Ant and Dec, with the group becoming firm friends.
