Manchester United fans are split after the Manchester Evening News revealed that Dean Henderson is closing in on a move to Newcastle.
Earlier this week, MEN Sport reported that the Magpies were still keen on bringing Henderson to St James' Park. It is believed that Eddie Howe tried hard to bring the 25-year-old to the club in January but his efforts were ultimately in vein.
Sources close to the situation say that discussions between Henderson and Newcastle took place on Wednesday and that the deal in '99 per cent done'.
A season-long loan move looks the most likely course for Henderson next campaign however it is believed that a permanent move has not been ruled out.
