The historic village near Machynlleth, North Wales, comprises of 16 homes and cottages as well as dozens of acres of agricultural land.

It has been on the market for more than four years - but estate agents are adamant that 2021 is the year it will finally be snapped up.Since going on the market at £1.5 million in June 2016, there has been plenty of interest in the picturesque rural village, but no sale so far.

The price tag has even been dropped by £350,000, making it the same price you would expect to fork out for a swanky two-bed apartment in Knightsbridge, our sister title WalesOnline.
