Rangers will make a third bid for Morgan Whittaker after he was left out of Swansea City’s squad for their trip to Queen’s Park Rangers.The Light Blues have already had two offers turned down by the English Championship side and Record Sport understands they will try again this week.
Whittaker is keen to make the move to Ibrox and asked to be left out of the Swans team that headed to Loftus Road for Saturday’s draw.
