Police have made a third murder arrest in connection with the death of a young dad in Ancoats. Neri Morse, 24, tragically died after an incident on Pollard Street, just outside of the city centre, at around 6.30pm on Wednesday (April 20).
During this incident, a second man - also aged in his 20s - was also injured. Two men have already been charged with Neri's murder.
Rushaun Brown, 23, of Higher Ardwick, Manchester, appeared in court on Monday charged with murder, section 18 assault and possession of a bladed article. He appeared in court yesterday (April 26). In an update issued today, police said a 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder after presenting himself at a police station this morning.
