Thierry Henry has told Cristiano Ronaldo and Ralf Rangnick to put their egos to one side in order to find the best way forward for Manchester United.
Rangnick was at Old Trafford on Thursday evening as United took on Arsenal, having been named as the club’s new interim manager earlier this week.
The German will officially take charge for the first time on Sunday, with a delay over his work visa meaning Michael Carrick continued in temporary charge.
One of the biggest talking points amid Rangnick’s arrival is how he will utilise Ronaldo, having previously been less than complimentary with some of his comments on the Portuguese star.
